COLLECTED DATA
The data provided directly by the User are all personal data that are provided to the Owner in any manner, directly by the User. In particular, the following personal data are collected and processed:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Device
- IP Address
- Operating system
- Browser
After the newsletters are sent, the platform makes it possible to detect the message opening and the clicks made within the newsletter itself, with other details such as the IP Address and the browser or the device used. The collection of these data is fundamental for the correct functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see the "data handling and its modalities" part) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.
LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
We use the data provided by the User for:
- pre-sell contacts
- goods shipment
- heading of invoices and transport documents
- sending newsletters or messages for promotional, informative or research purposes
The provision of data listed in the "Collected Data" section for the purposes referred to in points n. 1, 2 and 3 is mandatory to allow the user to access the service. For this reason, consent is mandatory and any refusal to process or the failure, incorrect or partial conferment of data could result in the inability to provide the service properly.
The provision of data for the purposes of sending newsletters for promotional, informational or research purposes is optional and the refusal to give consent to the treatment will result in the impossibility of being updated about commercial initiatives and / or promotional campaigns, to receive offers or other promotional material and / or to send personalized offers to the user. AMICI ATOS does not provide any third party information to users without their consent, unless required by law.
As per articles 43 and 44 from Law Decree dated June 30, 2003, number 196, and articles 25 and 26 from Directive 95/46/CE by the European Parliament and Council, dated October 24, 1995, personal data handling may take place in a Country that is not a European Union member only if said non-member Country can guarantee an adequate level of protection and safety. For this reason, AMICI ATOS guarantees services from suppliers that conform to protection protocols for data safety.
CONSENT WITHDRAWAL
The User can withdraw his consent to receive promotional and commercial communications immediately, by sending a request to info@amiciatos.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in the footer of each promotional and commercial email received.
DATA HANDLING AND ITS MODALITIES
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the strictly necessary time to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, providing in any case the annual verification of the data stored in order to delete those deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for storage obligations.
Data processing normally takes place at the premises of the company AMICI ATOS, by personnel or external collaborators duly appointed as data processors. The registration and the relative treatment are considered valid until the user unsubscribe or after 12 months from the last communication of which has evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, reply).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized accesses.
RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES INVOLVED
In particular, the User has the right to obtain from AMICI ATOS the indication of:
- the personal data origin
- purposes and methods of treatment
- logic applied in case of treatment carried out by electronic/IT tools
- the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative
- the subjects and the categories of subjects to whom the data can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents
- updating, rectification or integration of his data
- cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law
- access to his personal data, that is, the confirmation that personal data processing concerning him is currently underway
- treatment limitation
- the data portability, that is the right to receive in a structured format the personal data concerning him
- the right of complaint to the Supervisory Authority
Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection. In particular, the User has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending commercial advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. UPDATES AND CHANGES
AMICI ATOS reserves the right to modify, supplement or periodically update this Privacy Policy in accordance with the applicable legislation or the measures adopted by the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
